Effective October 1, 2018, North Country Maintenance Inc. (“NCM”) and Peace Country Oilfield Contractors Ltd. (“PCOC”) amalgamated, and as a result, all of NCM’s and PCOC’s property and assets and all of the past, present and future rights, duties, liabilities and obligations of NCM and PCOC are now held by the amalgamated company, North Country Maintenance Inc.
